Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Baler Operatives in Corby.

The rate of pay is £13.54 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday - Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Baler Operative you will be responsible for:

- Operating a warehouse baler safely and efficiently.
- Loading cardboard, plastic and other recyclable materials into the baler.
- Compressing materials into bales ready for collection.
- Moving and organising waste materials around the warehouse, including a 5-ton pallet.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties when required.

Our Perfect Worker

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery to compress waste materials, such as cardboard and plastic, into manageable bales, helping to maintain a clean, tidy and organised warehouse environment.

Skills we are looking for:

- A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling.
- Experience operating a baler
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Awareness of health and safety in a warehouse environment.
