Farm Assistant

Farm Assistant - Leadenham and Grantham
Location: Leadenham and Grantham 50/50
Hours: 40 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7

Pay Rate: £13.12 per hour

Your Time at Work

As a Farm Assistant in this role your location will be split 50/50 between Leadenham and Grantham.
You will play an important role in maintaining high standards of bird welfare, farm hygiene, and site performance.
You will learn all functions of the management of a company broiler farm including all aspects of husbandry, ensuring that stock produced is of the highest possible standard - development opportunities are available for those who have potential!

Key Responsibilities

- Gain a full understanding of poultry
- Contribute to your department and work in a manner that actively seeks negative environmental impact
- Assist other operations in vaccinating
- Maintain required high standards of housekeeping
- Ensure all procedures are carried out to company specifications
