New Position-Technical operator
Staffline are looking to speak with experienced, Multi-skilled Technical Machine Operators
This is an excellent opportunity and time to join our Customer’s Business in Doncaster, immediate starts
The purpose of the role is to ensure reliable and efficient running of the automated conveyors and machines. As an experienced Technical Machine operator, you will be the first line response for breakdowns and work with the National Technical Dept to ensure that the installation is regularly maintained.
Shift Pattern
Night shift will operate 4on 2off 10pm-6am
In your new role as a Multi-Skilled Technician:
- Monitor the machines running
- Ensuring the machine is running at peak efficiency to achieve KPIs
- Ensuring all minor issues are resolved as quickly as possible to minimse downtime
- Planned / Preventative Maintenance
- Work with the National Technician to lead the planning of regular maintenance
- Execute the maintenance plans of the technical installation, working with pumps and motors
- Contribute recommendations for improvements of the washing installation including decreasing costs, consumption, increasing efficiency and working safely
- Align with the depot management to ensure minimal disruption to operation
Health and Safety
- All colleagues are responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and others.
- Identify and report potential hazards.
- Safe use of chemicals.
