HGV1 Driver PM 14:00 - 21:59

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 PM drivers.

Start times between 14:00 - 21:59 for immediate starts at EVRI, Hoyland, Barnsley (S74 0FN).

YOU MUST HAVE 28 DAYS OF WORK ON YOUR DIGI CARD TO BE PUT FORWARD FOR AN ASSESSMENT.
YOU MUST BE COMPETENT USING YOUR DIGI CARD AND BE ABLE TO RECORD MANUAL ENTRIES.

PAYE rates are as below:
PM £15.40 - £17.30 Per Hour
Consolidated pay rate between: £17.25 - £19.38 Per Hour

Your Time at Work
The work will involve HGV Class 1 delivery work, trunking parcels depot to depot around the UK. Ensuring timely and safe deliveries. In return for your commitment, we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you.
You must be flexible to work 2 hours either side of a preferred start time window and be able to commit to a rota in advance.
On occasion you may be requested to drive an HGV Class 2 vehicle. Double man shifts are also available on request.
Please be aware we are unable to accept LTD drivers.

Our Perfect Worker
As an HGV Class 1 driver, you must:
- Understand EU Driving rules and regulations, the Working time directive, be able to use a Digi card to a high standard and be able to add and complete daily manual entries.
- You can only have a maximum of 6 penalty points on your licence.
- You must have a current Digi and DQC card.
- You must have a minimum of 28 days work on your digi card and recent UK HGV1 driving experience.
