Working within the manufacturing team your working hours will be Monday - Friday 07.30am - 15.30pm. This role is offered on a Temp 2 Perm basis after completing a successful 12 week probation period.

Candidates must know that the client will soon be introducing shifts from 25th March and all successful candidates will be required to work on a rotating patter.

This role has so much earning potential - starting salary of £12.07ph, then moving onto £13.91 once fully trained in all aspects of the role. With the new shift allowance - Top Operatives can earn up to £16.64ph

Your Time at Work
As a Pallet Repair Operative, you will be working with a team of highly multi-skilled Manufacturing team you will be responsible for:

- Inspecting & carrying our repairs of pallets
- Using the latest automated technology and hand tools to achieve exceptional repairs efficiently.
- Ensuring that high standards are maintained throughout.
