An exciting opportunity has arisen in our client's complaints team on a temporary basis

Staffline is recruiting for Assistant Complaint Officers in Swansea.

The rate of pay is £13.47 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed day shifts, the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.

Your Time at Work

The responsibilities of an Assistant Complaints Officer include:

-Assist with receiving and responding to complaints from
service users across the whole range of Council Services.
-Assist with linking with Departments to arrange the
investigation / handling of formal and informal complaints
in accordance with local procedures.

Our Perfect Worker

-Must be able to work in a computer orientated environment with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly word and excel.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to all members
of staff and the public.
-Strong co-ordination and organisational skills.

Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential
