Finance Administrator

Staffline is recruiting for Finance Administrators in Top Valley, Nottingham

The rate of pay is £12 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, fixed shifts, the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4pm

Experience in a similar role and knowledge of the SAGE system is required.

Your Time at Work

As a Finance Administrator, your duties include:

- Invoicing orders into the system (Sage)
- Turning over deliveries to invoices in the accounts system
- Liaising with suppliers with general delivery/pricing queries
- Running order reports from the system
- Placing orders with suppliers
- General admin duties

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, you will have good organisational and time management skills.

Finance Administrators will have good communication (verbal and written) and strong numeracy skills.

Experience in a similar role and knowledge of the SAGE system is required.
