Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in Dagenham.

The rate of pay is £14.23 - £17.79 per hour Monday to Friday and £18.93 - £22.49 per hour on Saturday and Sundays. The first 2 days of training are paid at £11.44 per hour.

This full-time, temp-to-perm, role offers fixed afternoon shifts. No students or restricted hours, as we are looking only for full-time - 5 days.
The hours of work are:
- 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative at this site, you'll be based in a large chilled warehouse environment.

Working across the warehouse you will pick a variety of fresh produce, ranging from Fruit and Vegetables, dairy products and desserts.

The primary duties of the role include using Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT) to pick products from specific locations and stack the items in roll cages. You'll be guided by digital wrist computers (AMC) and trigger scanners.

Your pick rate measures your performance, and you will be expected to meet 100% of your targets.

You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and can work well under pressure.

No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as you'll receive full training.
