Great opportunity to work as a Food Production Operative for Bakkavor, a global food manufacturer. The Spalding site specializes in making Deli sandwich wraps, a variety of ready-to-salad products, sauces, and dips, and lastly a producer of soups.

Staffline is recruiting Food Production Operatives in Spalding.

The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour

This is a part-time role working, Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday and Monday all shifts are:
- 6.30am to 2.30pm

This role is a temp to perm, 12 weeks through Staffline, and then a direct transfer to Bakkavor. You must be able to pass an ESOL leave 2 math and English test.

If you are seeking a career within the food industry, Bakkavor is a great choice. You will progress through to a higher grade operative level as your training continues.

Your Time at Work

The responsibilities of a Food Production Operative include, but are not limited to:

- Training on the deli wrap lines
- Work on the line, learning the line processes, and equipment as well as becoming an expert at handfilling, and cutting the tortillas.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Food Production Operative will show good attention to detail and be able to follow hygiene rules at all times. You will be happy to work on a moving production line as well as a cold environment and working within a large team.

You will be standing on your feet for the duration of the shift. There is no heavy lifting, however, please be aware some of the tasks are repetitive.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
