Site Service Engineer

Staffline are recruiting for a Site Service Engineer to work in Cheddar. This is a permanent role working for an established business in the engineering sector.

Hours of work:
Monday-Friday- 8am-5pm

Your Time at Work
The main duties of this role are to To carry out site visits, site servicing, repairs and installation duties as required by the Site Service Supervisor and Site Service Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out site visits, site servicing, repairs and installation duties as required by the Site Service Supervisor.
- Complete all documentation including risk assessments and hand in to the site service supervisor once job completed.
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures at all times.
- Complete daily timesheets and ensure they are handed in as per procedure.
- Be available for call out shifts (rota in place) and overtime as we provide 24/7 breakdown service to our customers.
- Any other work within your capabilities, as required by the Site Service Supervisor or Manager.

Our Perfect Worker
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous experience within similar industry preferred.
- Mechanical and electrical engineering background.
- Knowledge of electric motors, gearboxes and pumps essential.
- Due to the nature of the business, there is a requirement to attend call outs.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Customer focused.
- Driving licence essential as you will be provided with a company vehicle for business use
