Staffline is recruiting full-time Warehouse Operatives to work for the major high-street retailer in the fashion and food sector, Marks & Spencers.

This M&S Warehouse role is based in Chapeltown, Sheffield.

The rate of pay up to 8 weeks of service is:

Days - £12.21 per hour
Afternoons - £12.88 per hour
Nights - £13.70 per hour
Overtime - £18.31 per hour

This is a full-time role, x5 weeks rota pattern which includes weekends. You will work 5 days out of 7. The hours of work are:
- Fixed 6am to 2pm
- Fixed 2pm to 10pm
- Rotational 6am to 2pm/2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative you will be trained in multiple areas in the Warehouse which covers the full Stockhandler role from the start to end processes of the logistics chain.

These areas include intake, pick, sortation, pack, put-away, and despatch of M&S products. You will be required to use a terminal and other warehouse equipment. All roles require a high level of manual handling and standing/walking for long periods of time

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Warehouse Operative is hard-working, reliable, and has a basic understanding of English. They are comfortable working individually and as part of a wider team.

Warehouse Operatives must be physically fit due to manual handling and walking to different areas of the large warehouse.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
