We are seeking Warehouse Operatives/MHE Counterbalance Drivers who preferably have a valid Counterbalance License or experience to join our team at a new, modern warehouse in the Rugby area.

The role offers AM shift 6pm to 2pm or PM shift 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday, with the potential to move to 5 days out of 7 in the future (eg. Tuesday to Saturday).

The rate of pay is:
- AM shift: £12.65 per hour
- PM shift: £13 per hour
- Overtime is paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours; Double pay for working the 7th day in a week (Sunday).
- A £150 bonus is paid monthly to all FLT drivers once you have successfully passed training

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative/MHE Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for:

- Loading/unloading stock
- Picking, wrapping, and labelling products
- Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
- Checking and confirming loads for accuracy and reporting discrepancies
- Assisting in all areas of the warehouse as needed to meet daily operational requirements
