Staffline is working in a partnership with a client based in Manchester, Trafford Park and we are now looking for a Repair/Maintenance Operative to join their team.

This is a temporary position that may lead to a permanent position.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £16.43 per hour
- Nights £18.21 per hour

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts Monday to Friday or a fixed night shift Sunday to Thursday and the hours of work are:

- Days & Noons: Monday to Friday, 6 am-2 pm and 2 pm-10 pm, with a weekly rotation. 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid break. 37.5 hours a week.
- Nights - 10pm to 6am

Your Time at Work
As a Repair/Maintenance Operative, your duties include:

- Communicate effectively to ensure the safety of all personnel and a quality product
- Refurbish / inspect pallets to the required quality specification standard
- Maintain high housekeeping standards around the bench and warehouse in general, in line with the 5s procedure

Applicants will be flexible and have worked with power tools previously.
