£12.80 - £13.44
Monday to Friday
6.30am - 3.15pm with an early finish on Fridays

This market leading engineering company are recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join their site in Cheltenham. The company manufacture and supply a range of specialist products to various industries across the globe.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Spraying medical, oil & gas, FMCG and aerospace parts to the highest standard
- Prepping, masking, sanding, and detailing surfaces for flawless finishes
- Carrying out all aspects of paint preparation, spraying, and polishing to a high standard
- Working independently and within a team to meet strict deadlines
- Quality checking and packing finished components
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer would be beneficial but full training will be provided
- Previous experience in an engineering or production environment
- Quality focused
- A passion for precision & craftsmanship
