Great opportunity to join a prestigious automotive brand as a Remarketing Co-ordinator, where you will have the opportunity to play a critical role in the overall Remarketing team and enhance your skills and knowledge.

Staffline is recruiting a Vehicle Remarketing Co-ordinator in Farnborough.

This full-time position offers a 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday with flexible working opportunities.

The rate of pay is £30,600 per annum, depending on experience.

Your Time at Work

As a Vehicle Remarketing Co-ordinator your role will encompass:

- Being the daily point of contact for support of the Remarketing Programme through de-fleet/stock management/ and online sales.
- Responsibility to liaise with both internal and external suppliers to resolve and investigate both simple and complex queries that could relate to the vehicle itself or data/system issues in order to facilitate the timely sale of assets.
- Reconciliation of vehicle stock reports and work autonomously to resolve any discrepancies.
- Invoicing of sold vehicles.
- End to end ownership of pre-production vehicles from initial acceptance into stock, obtaining legal documentation/registration documents and allocation to sales.
- Supporting the wider team network. (Remarketing Managers, GCSO, Internal Fleets, FS & Alphabet)
- Responsible for billing and cross charging, and associated reports required to manage the administrative functions associated with selling thousands of cars across NSC, Financial Services and Alphabet.
- Point of contact for recall campaign hold vehicles, including tracking, resolution and release for sale.
- Collaborate with internal and external partner for problem resolution and to drive process efficiencies.

We are seeking a Vehicle Remarketing Co-ordinator who has excellent communication and negotiation skills, works well as part of a team, has an exceptional eye for detail and good time management/administration skills.

Essential Skills:
- Analytical skills & the ability to investigate root cause, using data to problem solve.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Able to demonstrate skills working in a fast-paced environment where communication and organisation are the key to success.
- Team player who can collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proficient in standard Microsoft applications & able to present information clearly.
- Experience in a similar role is required.

Desirable Skills:
- Demonstrated problem-solving/critical thinking skills.
- Previous experience in the automotive sector, within a similar role.
- Awareness of automotive brands and industry knowledge.
- Understanding of BMW processes and IT systems.
