Great opportunity to work as a First Line Manager for our clients leading supply chain, the main distribution centre for orders.

Staffline is recruiting a First Line Manager in Worcester.

The rate of pay is £30,400 per annum.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, any 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:
- 5:30am to 2pm
- 13:30pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a First Line Manager your duties include:

- Leading a team of colleagues within the operation.
- Delivering a set of Service KPIs (On Time and In Full and Accuracy)
- Delivering the required Performance KPIs
- Conducting effective shift handovers
- Maintaining the required Health and Safety Standards
- Assisting in maintaining the required Security levels required on site.
- Supporting the on-site Staffline team in conducting investigations
- Any other tasks that are deemed reasonable.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be IT literate, have knowledge of MS Office and admin experience.

Experience in a similar role is required.
