Staffline is recruiting a Customer Service and Internal Sales Advisor in Birmingham, the current location is B24 8HZ but will soon move to B46 1DA.
The rate of pay is £25,032 per annum, plus bonus!
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm
Your Time at Work
As a Customer Service and Internal Sales Advisor you will split your time between Inbound Customer Service - Handling calls and emails from our valued customers providing accurate information - resolving queries and ensuring exceptional service at every touchpoint and Outbound Telesales Activity - be a hunter, be proactive and engage with existing and potential customers to develop relationships, understand their needs and identity opportunities to grow sales.

Our perfect worker will have good attention to detail, strong communication skills and confident telephone manners.
Applicants will have the ability to multitask and have a proactive sales approach with a can-do attitude.
Experience in customer service, telesales or internal account management is required.
