Staffline is recruiting a Line Leader in Old Leake, Boston.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £14.49 per hour
- Nights £15.75 per hour

There is a free shuttle bus from Boston to get to work!

This is a full-time role working a continental shift pattern and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am

- Week one: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week two: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Your Time at Work

As a line leader, you are responsible for ensuring the line is equipped and set up correctly to the recipe. You need to ensure you have the correct labour in place to run the line and that the line runs to optimum efficiency.

You will need to be an excellent people person. Demonstrating ethical and compassionate behaviors towards others.

Our perfect worker will be happy to work in a chilled environment.

Previous experience is preferable, you will have an assessment on site to see if you are suitable for the position.
