This is a permanent role with competitive pay rates!

This is a full-time role and the hours of work are:

- Rotating 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm
- Nights Fixed 10pm to 6am
- Saturday - Monday Nights 5pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Team Manager you will be responsible for leading, motivating and challenging your team to consistently deliver service to stores. Other duties include:

- Creating training plans and schedules for your team members to support their development.
- Ensuring that KPI's are achieved and met.
- Managing productivity in your area of the warehouse.
- Achieving and maintaining pick accuracy to acceptable levels in the business.
- Conducting audits and workplace inspections regularly.
- Delivering team briefings and other health and safety briefs to your team.
- Work with the HR team to support with welfare meetings, return to work and investigations.
- Supporting in the warehouse from time to time, some manual handling.

Good communication skills are a must.

Experience in a similar role is required.
