Staffline is recruiting for Machine Minders to work in Elm.

This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidates!

The rates of pay are:
- Day Shift £14.40 per hour
- Night shift £16.10 per hour

Overtime (when applicable) is paid at:
- Day shift £18.00 per hour
- Night shift £19.70 per hour

Shift Pattern
- Day Shift 4 on 4 off
- Night shift 5 out of 7 nights

Shift Start and end Times
- Day Shift 10:00 - 22:00
- Night shift 20:00 - 04:00

Please note, that this is subject to change to cover and meet business requirements.

Your Time at Work
As a Machine Minder, you'll play a key role in maintaining high production standards while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Operating machinery efficiently and safely
- Monitoring critical control points (CCPs) and ensuring compliance
- Performing changeovers and washdowns
- Identifying and correcting defective packs or production issues
- Completing production documentation clearly and accurately
- Supporting team members and training others when required

Our ideal Machine Minder will be a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can follow processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will need have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to health, safety, and high-quality output.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English and have a good level of written English to complete paperwork accurately.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
