G4S are currently recruiting for an Security Officer, to join a Government contract in London! This role is a great opportunity to work in a corporate environment, dealing with members of the public and delivering excellent customer service. The site is an important service point for many customers, so the customer expectations are high and need someone who can meet their standards.

We are looking for people who hold a Full UK Driving License and access to your own car.

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour
Hours Per Week: 24 hours (on average)
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00
SIA License Required: Door Supervisor or Security Guarding

Your Time at Work

- Collaborate within a dynamic team and various client departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Verify documents and conduct security screening and searching for customers and contractors entering security controlled areas.
- Utilize color X-Ray images, to screen belongings effectively. Assist in managing health, safety, and security incidents.
- Engage in regular training sessions to uphold screening and searching competencies aligned with client premises.

It is important to have great communication and customer service skills. You will also need to have strong IT skills and be able to use all forms of technology and software systems.

Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
