Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Team Manager in Sherburn in Elmet.

The rate of pay is £15.86 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Team Manager you will be responsible for:

- Leading operational activities in your area for the duration of the shift to achieve the work plan on time and in line with budget and KPIs
- Driving performance through effective monitoring of coaching and performance
- Reviewing all aspects of shift performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Leading the team on shift proactively to motivate high performance, develop positive engagement and good communication across the operation
- Management of the warehouse training requirement and function

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have the ability to lead continuous improvement projects whilst demonstrating excellent planning skills. You will have excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement.

Applicants will show proven experience in managing a large operational team in a fast-paced warehouse environment (ideally a food operation).
