G4S are seeking reliable and professional Security Delivery Supervisor to join our team in Harlow, who specialises in secure parcel deliveries for a major security provider.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid SIA door supervisor licence. You will also need a clean UK manual driving licence and supervisory experience.

The rate of pay is £16.00 per hour.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.13:00 - 21:00 hours

Responsibilities include:
- Operational Leadership: Supervise and lead the evening secure delivery team, acting as the primary contact for operational queries and support to ensure delivery excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all security protocols, operational procedures, health and safety regulations, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate daily schedules and routes for secure parcel deliveries, overseeing the secure handling and transportation of parcels and high-value assets. This will also include managing undelivered items at the end of each shift.
- Process Management: Regularly review and contribute to Assignment Instructions (AIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure continuous compliance. Oversee daily operations, including team deployment and route planning.
- Incident Management: Serve as the first point of contact for operational escalations, effectively resolving security-related incidents and escalating to the Operations Manager as needed.
- Team Supervision: Monitor team performance, assist in delivering training, and support professional development initiatives. Ensure all team members maintain required certifications and licenses, including SIA.
- Risk Mitigation: Assist the Operations Manager in conducting thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate risks in delivery operations, proposing improvements to security measures.
- Reporting & Auditing: Maintain accurate records and reports for all operational activities and conduct regular audits of delivery operations to ensure quality and security.
