Production and Warehouse Operatives

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? Staffline is recruiting Production and Warehouse Operatives across multiple sites for one of our leading clients in the manufacturing and logistics industry.

The rate of pay varies depending on site and location, with competitive hourly rates and opportunities for bonuses and overtime.

We offer a range of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle, including:
- Morning Shifts
- Afternoon Shifts
- Night Shifts
(Some sites operate 8-hour or 10-hour shift patterns.)

Transport is available for some locations that are further afield - please ask our team for details when you apply.

Your Time at Work

As a Production or Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:

- Working on a production line or within a busy warehouse environment
- Picking and packing products accurately
- Loading and unloading goods
- Operating machinery or equipment (training provided)
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene

You'll play a key role in ensuring products are handled safely, efficiently, and ready for distribution to customers.

Our ideal candidate will:

- Have good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Follow all site Health & Safety and food safety procedures
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar role is desirable but not essential - full training is provided.
