Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Flowers Farm Operatives.

This hands-on role involves working across various areas of the farm, both indoors and outdoors, supporting the production, harvesting, and packing of flowers.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity!

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £15.25 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 6 days out of 7, including weekends and the hours of work are:
- 7:30am and 5pm

Your own transport is required due to the location.

Your Time at Work

As a Flowers Farm Operative your duties include:

- Planting, growing, and caring for flowers in the glasshouses and nursery areas
- Field work, including planting, weeding, and flower harvesting in all weather conditions
- Preparing and packing flower bunches in the packhouse to meet quality and order standards
- Supporting general maintenance and cleanliness across all work areas
- Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be physically fit and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. You will be able to work on your feet for long periods and carry out repetitive tasks.

Applicants must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Previous farm, horticulture, or packing experience is a plus but not required-training provided

Willingness to work flexible hours, including early starts, weekends, or peak season shifts.
