Great opportunity to work as a HGV Class 2 Driver for our client - major bakery and distribution centre that produces and delivers a wide range of bread and bakery products to retailers and customers across the region.

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 2 Driver in Avonmouth.

The rates of pay are:
- Monday to Friday - £17 per hour
- Saturday - £19 per hour
- Sunday - £20 per hour
- Bank Holiday - £20 per hour

This role offers full-time positions with a start times between 12am - 3am.

Your Time at Work
As a HGV Class 2 Driver your duties include:

- Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle for multi-drop deliveries across the region.
- Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining DVSA-compliant paperwork.
- Providing professional customer service and managing delivery documentation.
- Loading and unloading goods up to 20kg using proper handling techniques.
- Working early morning shifts (2am start) and adapting to outdoor conditions.

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be able to lift and move items up to 20kg during loading and unloading and will have:

- Tachograph card
- CPC
- Full UK license with Category C
- Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential
