We are looking for reliable and hardworking re-workers to join our team in Rugby. The role involves cleaning and preparing building and construction equipment so it's ready to hire to our customers.
Staffline is recruiting for Re Work Operatives in Rugby.
Drug & Alcohol test will be required prior to starting the job.
The rate of pay is £12.50 per hour
Overtime rate of £18.75 per hour
This is a full-time role, working fixed shifts, the hours of work are:
Re-Work Accessories - Monday to Thursday 08.00 - 17.00 & Friday 06.00 - 15.00
Re-Work Panel refurb - Monday -Thursday 07.00 - 16.00 & Fri- 06.00 - 15.00
Your Time at Work
As as Re Work Operative:
This is a physically demanding, outdoor role working in a yard environment. A canopy is provided to cover the working area, but the position will still involve exposure to outdoor conditions.

- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weathers
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team
- Good numerical skills
