Store Manager

We're working with a globally recognised lifestyle and design-led retailer to recruit an experienced Store Manager for their shop in Islington, London.

The rate of pay is £40,000 per annum.

This is a full-time role working any 5 days out of 7 and the hours of work are:
- 9am to 5:30pm

Your Time at Work

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of your store's success-leading by example, motivating your team, and ensuring high operational standards across every aspect of the business.

You'll be responsible for:

- Driving commercial performance through customer experience, strong visual merchandising, and effective product management.
- Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, payroll, and store processes to maximise efficiency.
- Coaching, developing, and inspiring your management and sales teams to achieve their full potential.
- Analysing store performance and implementing initiatives to boost sales and profitability.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values and delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for every customer.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend most of your time on the shop floor, leading by example and engaging directly with both customers and your team.
