We are seeking a friendly, initiative-taking, and customer-focused Customer Services Advisor to join our client's growing team based in Edinburgh. Experience working in a call/contact centre is essential

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support across a range of communication channels.

The salary is £25,142 per annum, plus bonus!

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:

8:30am to 5pm

Monday-Friday

In your role as a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Making daily calls in accordance with the call diary to generate repeat orders
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Growing and developing new and lapsed accounts
  • Upselling
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Consulting with internal teams to follow up on customer requests.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre environment
  • An interest in progressing to a management position
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, patient manner.
  • Competent IT skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
