We are seeking a friendly, initiative-taking, and customer-focused Customer Services Advisor to join our client's growing team based in Edinburgh. Experience working in a call/contact centre is essential
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support across a range of communication channels.
The salary is £25,142 per annum, plus bonus!
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
8:30am to 5pm
Monday-Friday

In your role as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Making daily calls in accordance with the call diary to generate repeat orders
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and chats, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Growing and developing new and lapsed accounts
- Upselling
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Consulting with internal teams to follow up on customer requests.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre environment
- An interest in progressing to a management position
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, patient manner.
- Competent IT skills, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work independently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
