Staffline is recruiting an Admin Support Assistant in Market Drayton.

The rate of pay is £14.50 per hour.

This is a full time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4pm
- 9am to 5pm

Experience in a similar role is required.

Your Time at Work

As an Admin Support Assistant your duties include:

- Reviewing and verifying employee contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Working within internal systems to manage and maintain employee records
- Performing data analysis and interpreting trends to support decision-making
- Creating clear and engaging presentation decks based on data findings
- Collaborating with relevant departments to support ongoing HR and operational initiatives

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will show strong attention to detail and accuracy. You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Applicants will have the ability to analyse data and present insights in a clear format. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.

Experience with contract checking and familiarity with HR or employee data systems is required.
