Staffline is recruiting for Line Supervisor - Pot Packhouse in Chichester.
The rate of pay is £27,955.00 per annum.
This is full time role working 4 on 3 off shift pattern and the hours of work are:
- 6.30am to 3.30pm
Your Time at Work
What we need you to do
- As a Cell Leader/Supervisor you will be the essential cog to ensure the demands of our customers can be achieve.
- You will take significant pride in the operation of your line
- Ensure herb products are dispatched at the highest quality.
- You will take ownership of a line, ensuring it runs safely and at the optimum efficiency, that it is kept clean and tidy, and our customers specifications are adhered to minimising waste where possible.
You need to know:
It's important to note that this role involves standing for extended periods and working in a temperature-controlled (8-10 degrees) warehouse environment with loud machinery.
Physical stamina is important here.
